FAQ
Questions detailers ask me
Do I need Calendly or Square?
No. The booking site handles the calendar, the quote and the payment itself. You don't need a separate scheduling app or a separate payment app on top.
What do I pay monthly in tools?
Very little. The main one is a ManyChat Pro plan on your own account, plus the standard card processing fee on payments made online. Everything else runs on my side.
Tool prices change, so I'll show you the current numbers on our call before you commit to anything.
Can customers still pay in person?
Yes. They choose at checkout: pay online now and get 5% off, or pay in person on the day. The 5% nudges most people to pay upfront, which cuts down on no-shows. You decide which options your business offers.
Do I own my customers' data?
Yes. Your customers are your customers. Your Instagram and your ManyChat stay in your name, and your full customer list and job history can be exported to a spreadsheet whenever you ask, including if you ever leave.
How long does setup take?
Your part is about an hour: one call and one form. After that I do the build and we go live together. The main thing that speeds it up is having your packages and prices ready.
What if I'm not techy?
That's who this is built for. You don't configure anything or learn a new workflow. You get a booking link, a DM inbox that handles itself, and a few buttons to tap when a job is done. I build it and I keep it running.
